願窮人獲得財富　May the poor find wealth 願悲傷虛弱的人獲得快樂　Those weak with sorrow find joy 願被遺棄的人得到新希望　May the forlorn find new hope 恆久的快樂和富足　Constant happiness and prosperity 願受驚嚇的人停止恐懼　May the frightened cease to be afraid 受束縛的人得到自由　And those bound be free 軟弱的靈魂得到力量　May the weak find power 並願所有的人心手相連And may theirs hearts join in friendship ─達賴喇嘛
